Where do you get your data from?

Key components of the infrastructure include the Census Bureau, Department of Labor (DOL), USAspending.gov, USPTO, Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED), Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), World Bank, OpenAI, Gemini, and manually compiled datasets such as those from Professor Damodaran.
Non-SEC-related data primarily comes from Financial Modeling Prep (FMP).
US Financials and 10-K/10-Q related information are sourced directly from the SEC.

Can I Use Palmy Investing for free?

What can I expect from future updates?

A lot. Especially for subscribers, since they can access beta features and submit their feedback to shape new analysis tools from the start on.
Our main task is to prepare the SEC filings even better and to provide exclusive insights quantitatively (especially regarding exhibits, proxies, amendments).
At the same time, we would like to probe new opportunities, e.g. detailed ESG reports (e.g. CDP) or supply chain analyses of non-US imports/exports seem to be of particular interest to users.
