3. RULES OF CONDUCT

Your utilization of the Site and Content is contingent upon your adherence to the specified rules of conduct outlined here. You agree not to:

- Compile a database by systematically downloading and storing Content.
- Employ any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other automated or manual mechanism to gather, index, "scrape", "data mine" or in any way collect Content or bypass the navigational structure or presentation of the Site without the express prior written consent of PI.

WE EXPRESSLY EMPHASIZE THAT ALL AUTOMATED TOOLS ARE PROHIBITED. WE ROUTINELY DETECT AUTOMATED TOOLS THROUGH OUR ALGORITHMS AND REPORT A COMPLAINT EACH TIME DAMAGE OCCURS.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

The Site is managed and operated by Palmy Investing from the Germany and is not designed to subject Palmy Investing to the laws or jurisdiction of any country or territory outside of the Germany. Palmy Investing does not assert or guarantee that the Site or any portion thereof is suitable or accessible for use in any specific jurisdiction other than the Germany and solely in those states and territories where Palmy Investing is registered, licensed, or exempt from registration or licensing under applicable state or federal regulations. By choosing to access the Site, you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for adhering to all local laws, regulations, and rules. We reserve the right to limit the availability of the Site to any individual, geographical area, or jurisdiction. Palmy Investing is solely pursuing potential clients in jurisdictions where it is authorized to conduct business.

The Receiving Party acknowledges that Confidential Information may still be under development, or may be incomplete, and that such information may relate to products that are under development or are planned for development. PALMY INVESTING MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OF THIS CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION. PALMY INVESTING accepts no responsibility for any expenses, losses or action incurred or undertaken by Receiving Party as a result of Receiving Party’s receipt or use of Confidential Information. PALMY INVESTING MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS THAT IT WILL INTRODUCE ANY PRODUCT RELATING TO CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION.

7. COPYRIGHT

The content and works created by the site operators on these pages are subject to German copyright law. The reproduction, editing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of this site are only permitted for private, non-commercial use. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. Should you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. If we become aware of any infringements, we will remove such content immediately.

8. FREE TIER ACCOUNT

We offer a free tier account with restricted feature access. This free tier account is available indefinitely and does not require any payment information. Users who wish to access premium features can sign up for a paid subscription plan.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS

We may offer you the ability to purchase subscriptions via "Stripe". Terms specific to a subscription will be disclosed to you at or prior to the time at which you purchase the subscription, and by purchasing the subscription you are agreeing to those terms.

Renewal

Paid subscription plans are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current period.

Cancellation

- We may cancel or suspend your account and deny access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or responsibility, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
- Cancellation can be performed via the billing portal on the Account Settings page or via email to request@palmy-investing.com. - If you want to close your account, simply stop using the Service or contact us via email and we will delete your account.

Refund Policy

You can get a full refund on subscription fees up to 14 days from the initial date of purchase. Refund requests can be made to request@palmy-investing.com.

Changes

At any time and without notice, Palmy Investing reserves the right to (i) modify Terms of Service of the Free Tier Account offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Tier Account offer.

10. COMMUNICATIONS

By creating an Account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at request@palmy-investing.com.

13. NO ACCURACY GUARANTEE

Our data comes from a variety of sources. Although every attempt is made to assure correctness, it cannot always be guaranteed. If our servers are not running, this may also temporarily jeopardize the accuracy of our data

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time by posting the updated terms on this website. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms. Your ongoing use of the Platform after the posting of revised Terms implies your acceptance and agreement to the modifications. Please make sure to check this page regularly to stay informed of any changes, as they are obligatory for you.
