Feel free to reach out to us anytime, although it's important to note that our acceptance rate is limited due to the need to balance costs within our low-subscription model.

To summarize: A locked account retains access to all features except Portfolios, Watchlists, and Screeners, which remain free indefinitely!

Yes! We recommend you to pay annually with Palmy. As of March & June 2024: Save up to 40% with the annual "Investor Plus" subscription.

We have a 40% discount for you (annual subscription). Selected students can use everything for free if they are interested. We seek a warm introduction or a collaboration with your university/school.

Locked Accounts

Considering a test run of Palmy's complimentary Essential plan? If, within 30 days, you haven't opted for the "Investor Plus" or "Master Plus" subscription, get prepared for some enticing offers. Once your free-trial (Essential) concludes, members without a subscription are automatically "locked". Locked memeber will encounter an increase in advertisements and lose access to watchlists, screeners, and portfolios (Everything else remains). During your lock, portfolio data such as Alpha, Beta or general performance won't update.

However, fret not – whether locked or unlocked, you can subscribe at your convenience.

That depends on whether you are satisfied with the service outside our Portfolios/Screeners/Watchlists (...). Please note that a locked member will be subject to advertisements and will miss out on the great benefits of Palmy Investing.

This is because your Essential Membership has expired. We now ask you to subscribe to Palmy so that you can use your account and other and even more features, completely ad-free. You can read more in this FAQ about "locked accounts" or ask us via email.

Please be aware that your portfolio may not be kept current. Additionally, it is important to highlight that all watchlists, screeners, and portfolios associated with a locked account might be permanently deleted after 30 days. While your portfolio/watchlist/screener data is no longer accessible, your account data remains accessible, forever. We dont delete active members.

In order not to miss anything, to avoid this lock and for an optimal experience, we recommend beginning with Investor Plus, ensuring an ad-free environment, increased quantity, additional tools, and priority support!

Yes, we delete inactive accounts. However, only non-subscribers who have the account status "locked" and have not logged in and out once within 90 days. We will of course send an email before deletion. The deletion usually takes place manually and can be delayed.
