If these third-party manufacturers are unable to produce our products in sufficient quantities to meet customer demand, our business and results of operations may be materially adversely impacted. In addition, if we are unable to maintain these manufacturing relationships or are unable to successfully transfer manufacturing to another third-party or our own manufacturing facility, we may be unable to meet customer demand, and our business and sales could suffer.

Any inadequacy, interruption, theft or loss of data, malicious attack, integration failure, failure to maintain the security, confidentiality or privacy of sensitive data residing on our systems or other security failure of that technology could harm our ability to effectively operate our business and damage the reputation of our brands.

We depend on a limited number of customers with whom we have no long-term agreements for a large portion of our gross revenues, and the loss of one or more of these customers or changes in their strategies and policies could reduce our gross revenues and have a material adverse effect on our financial condition and results of operations.
